Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:00/9:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend rotation applies; when working Saturday, one weekday off will be provided
About the Role
Our client, a reputable martial arts school is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective and current members. This role blends customer service, sales, onboarding, and retention to help deliver an exceptional student experience and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable ambassador for the school, providing exceptional service to visitors, current students, and prospective members.
- Drive membership growth by actively following up with leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Guide prospective students through the full enrollment process, from initial inquiry through membership sign-up.
- Educate prospective members on program offerings and benefits.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Membership-based, fitness, wellness, or martial arts industry experience is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations, meeting goals, and conducting consistent lead follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or ticketing systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
