Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This full-time position involves manually assembling components and products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read 3D assembly drawings, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow established procedures with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual assembly of parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly / based on experience
