Metro Pets is looking for a front desk master to join our team and be part of the grooming revolution, bringing premium, low stress bathing and grooming to the Metro West!
This position offers a set schedule with steady hours alongside a fun, light-hearted team who truly enjoy working together.
We are looking for a motivated individual who has reliable transportation, good work ethic and great customer service.
The job duties are as follows:
- Greeting guests and providing top class customer service.
- Answering the phone and scheduling appointments to maximize efficiency.
- Checking pups in and out.
- Assisting groomers with their dogs when needed.
- Retail management and organization
- Cleaning and maintaining a beautiful space.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and clerical experience
- Experience in An Animal focused business strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in office management and administrative tasks
- Competent in data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Strong typing skills and phone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
