Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work and local driving, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, growing company where every team member makes an impact.
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders
- Put away inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock organization
- Load and unload deliveries safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Drive a company box truck for local deliveries, pickups, and transfers as needed
- Plan delivery routes and help ensure timely, professional delivery service to customers
- Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including UPS, freight, and other transportation providers
- Help coordinate outgoing deliveries and transportation of products when needed
- Maintain accurate warehouse, shipping, and delivery records in the company ERP system
- Inspect incoming or outgoing items for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow company procedures, delivery protocols, and safety guidelines
- Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs
- Be available for overtime when business needs require it
Qualifications
- Warehouse and shipping experience
- Valid CA driver Class C licensed driver with three (3) years clean driving record
- Prior experience driving 20" or 24" box truck
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and be physically able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Participation in the Random Drug testing program
- Able to use MS Office products, will use an iPad for orders received and materials delivered
- Hazmat endorsement is a plus, or willingness to obtain one if required
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, read and write, understand and follow general instructions, and maintain accurate and complete work records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
