Overview
IvoryCloud is seeking an experienced Program Integrator to support the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) Program, a Department of War (DoW) initiative. This position supports the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated projects and functional areas, working closely with the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and Government Team Leads. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience on defense programs, the ability to manage multi-tenant and cross-functional stakeholder networks, and the professionalism required to interface with senior military and civilian leadership. This position is based on-site at the DCMA facility in Fort Lee, Virginia.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship: Required, non-negotiable. (This differs from eligibility to work in the U.S.)
- Clearance: Favorably adjudicated (or actively in-progress) Tier 3 background investigation required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); interim or final security clearance granted by the Department of War (DoW) required prior to start of performance. Current ADP/IT II clearance in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) required at time of proposal submission.
- Minimum Years Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.
- Location: Fort Lee, Virginia – on-site at the DCMA facility. Personnel assigned to this location will initially perform work remotely until Government office space is allocated; the Government will provide 30 days’ notice prior to the start of on-site work.
- Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., Monthly Status Reports, Risk Matrices, and Quality Management Plans).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with Government Program Managers, Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and Government Team Leads to support execution of assigned projects and functional areas.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling, risk/issue tracking, and status-reporting tools and techniques.
- Not responsible for overall contract management; shall not serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact with the Government unless specifically delegated by the Contractor Program Manager (CPM).
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related business or technical field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree on a case-by-case basis.

- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
Job Description
- Support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated projects and functional areas.
- Coordinate with the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), Government Team Leads, the Contractor Program Manager (CPM), and other stakeholders to support successful execution of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with the Government to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting the continued improvement and growth of the Program.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with Government priorities and program objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, Contractor personnel, and external partners to support execution of assigned projects and functional areas.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts necessary to support assigned projects and functional areas.
- Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement, and provide recommendations to the Government Program Manager and the CPM.
- Prepare recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation necessary to support Government decision-making and program execution.
- Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status to the Government Program Manager and the CPM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting DCMA, US-X, or related programs.
- Experience compiling and delivering Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Risk Matrices, and Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for DoD program offices.
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques and enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Experience supporting multi-tenant, cross-functional stakeholder environments involving senior military and civilian leadership.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
