ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will be our first full-time technician, working day-to-day alongside the owner. As Rinzup grows, so does your role — we are actively looking for someone who wants to step into a management position as we expand.

THE POSITION
- Performing exterior cleaning services — soft washing, pressure washing, moss treatment, and roof cleaning — for residential and commercial clients
- Working alongside the owner on daily routes
- Delivering a high standard of service; our clients are treated with genuine care
- Representing Rinzup professionally on every job
WHO YOU ARE
- No prior exterior cleaning experience needed — we will train you fully
- Comfortable working at height on extension ladders and on roofs
- Background in home services is a bonus: painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, Christmas lights, etc.
- Hard-working, hungry, and humble — we hire for attitude and character, and train for skill
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right
COMPENSATION
$25/hour + performance bonuses (quality & reviews) + tips from homeowners
