We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Returns & Warehouse Administrative Associate to join our Raymore facility and become an important member of our operations team.
Position Summary
Join our fast-growing team in Raymore, MO as a Returns & Warehouse Administrative Associate! This position plays a key role in managing returned merchandise, maintaining accurate records in our ERP system, and serving as a key communication link between our Missouri distribution center and our Customer Service team in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working extensively with computer systems including Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP software, and other business applications, as well as warehouse operations and administrative tasks. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate inventory and order-related issues between departments.
When primary responsibilities, including returns processing, internal communications, and administrative duties, are completed, this team member may assist warehouse operations with order picking, packing, induction of orders into our Locus Robotics system, and other warehouse support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, open, inspect, and process returned merchandise
- Accurately enter return information and related data into the company's ERP system
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions related to returns, inventory adjustments, and order exceptions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of returns, inventory adjustments, and related transactions
- Communicate with the Customer Service team and warehouse personnel regarding returns, inventory discrepancies, backorders, short shipments, and order fulfillment issues requiring resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and inventory personnel to resolve order and inventory issues
- Monitor and respond to internal emails and requests in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- File and maintain operational documentation and records
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives and special projects as needed
- When administrative and returns responsibilities are complete, assist warehouse operations with:
- Order picking and packing
- Induction of orders into the Locus Robotics system
- General warehouse support activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, clerical, inventory control, returns processing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain data while managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

Location Requirements
