LPN/RN (Nursing Staff)
Full-time: 40 hours/week
2nd Shift Nurse needed.
Position require availability for weekends, and holidays.
Overview:
The LPN/RN at Residential Treatment Services of Alamance (RTSA) will provide comprehensive nursing care across all programs, including detoxification, crisis stabilization, and the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This role includes overseeing client admissions, administering medications, managing the intake process, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. The LPN/RN is responsible for monitoring residents' health, responding to medical emergencies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This position requires proficiency in medical documentation software, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed LPN or RN in North Carolina.
- Experience: Prior experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills
- : Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Driving:
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Attributes: Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed or on a rotating schedule. For individuals recovering from substance use disorders, a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety is required.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
