Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professional with at least 1 year of cleaning experience to join our growing team. This position includes a variety of cleaning services across residential homes, commercial properties, and new construction/post-construction projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, maintains professionalism, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning services in residential homes
- Clean and maintain commercial spaces including offices and business facilities
- Complete new construction and post-construction cleanups
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, fixtures, and common areas
- Remove debris and prepare spaces for occupancy after construction
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year professional cleaning experience required
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or new construction cleaning preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
