We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control/Assurance Inspector to join our Dry-Cleaning team.
n this role, you will be the final line of defense ensuring our garments meet strict quality standards before reaching the customer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an exceptional eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering flawless results.
- Schedule: Weekdays, starting at 8:00 AM
- Hours: Full-time / Part-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Location: Dry Cleaners in Pasadena, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of pressed and ironed garments to identify and flag stains, defects, or irregularities.
- Production & Assembly: Scan ready garments onto an automatic assembly conveyor system and ensure the conveyor and bagging machinery are operating correctly.
- Order Management: Organize, sort, and maintain ready orders to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to promptly report and address recurring quality issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, or a similar role (garment/textile industry experience is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail with a commitment to high accuracy and quality standards.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy to navigate software systems and comfort operating automated warehouse/production machinery (conveyors/baggers).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pace: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
