What You Will Do

Check pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and skin tears. Clean and dress wounds based on the care plan.

Track wound progress, measure wounds, document changes, and adjust treatment as needed.

Guide nursing staff on proper skin care, repositioning and prevention of pressure injuries.
What We Are Looking For
- Active and Clear RN license
- Wound Care Certification preferred
- Point Click Care experience is a plus
