Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

Provide excellent customer service

Schedule/Reschedule appointments for patients according to established guidelines

Create New Patients in computer and forward necessary paperwork to facilitate appointment when patient arrives

Retrieve voicemail messages and route to appropriate staff

Manage website email and portal requests

Manage electronic patient correspondence with integrated messaging system

Retrieve / manage electronic faxes through EMR system and route to appropriate staff

Review signed HIPAA form for compliance
- Obtain / verify insurance eligibility prior to scheduling

Shred confidential documents

Assist office with administrative tasks as requested as time allows
