We are hiring Behavior Technicians in Moorpark, including:

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Implement individualized programs designed by clinical supervisors
- Use play-based learning to build communication and social skills
- Track progress and collect session data
- Collaborate with supervisors and families
Sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings.

- Meet your client at their home or school
- Help your client practice communication and social skills
- Celebrate small wins and progress
- Share updates and data with your supervisor

Physical Requirements
This role involves active engagement with children and may include:
- Standing, kneeling, running, and moving throughout sessions
- Safely redirecting children when needed
- Lifting up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics
