What You’ll Earn
- $18/hr base — part-time, flexible hours
- 1% of all collected monthly revenue you help operate
- At $200K/month collected → that’s an extra $2,000/month on top of your base
- As we grow, your check grows with us

What You’ll Own
Pipeline & Job Operations
- JobNimbus CRM accuracy — job figures, scopes, pipeline status
- Pre-build checklists — contracts signed, deposits collected, photos documented
- Nothing goes to production incomplete. That’s on you.
Financial Visibility
- You’ll see invoices and actuals
- Flag issues before they become problems
- Keep the owner informed without him having to dig
Recruiting & People
- Manage the sales rep recruiting pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate group interviews
- Support onboarding of new team members
Marketing & Projects
- Coordinate film shoots, photo days, content calendars
- Manage vendors and creative timelines
- Help execute lead generation campaigns
Team Oversight
- Delegate surface-level tasks to our VA
- Hold the support team accountable
- Be the filter between the owner and everything that needs attention
