Position: Outreach Coordinator (Behavioral Health)

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Outreach Coordinator to help grow our presence throughout Chester County and surrounding communities. This position plays an essential role in building referral partnerships, connecting with local organizations, and supporting prospective clients through the admissions process.

What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners
* Represent the organization at local events, meetings, and outreach opportunities
* Plan and host presentations, educational sessions, and community events (lunch-and-learns, seminars, etc.)
* Assist individuals and families through the intake and admissions process
* Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential clients
* Support marketing efforts across community channels and social outreach
* Contribute ideas and materials for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
* Track and work toward outreach and admissions goals such as referral growth and conversions
* Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and expand community impact
* Participate in team meetings and required trainings
What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of Chester County, PA and surrounding areas
* Experience or familiarity with behavioral health, human services, or 12-step recovery programs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working both independently and in a hybrid (field + remote) environment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible schedule
* Creative and proactive approach to outreach and engagement
