What You'd Do
- Clean offices to our standard — the "Spotless Standard" you'll learn in training
- Follow each client's specific cleaning schedule and checklist
- Do a final walk-through before you leave every job (we'll teach you how)
- Take feedback well and put it into practice quickly
- Take the work seriously — not yourself (we're all goofballs here)
What We're Looking For
- Detail-obsessed — if a client notices it, we missed it
- Reliable — this is the #1 thing. We need someone we can count on, every shift
- Good physical stamina — you'll be on your feet and moving for a few hours at a time
- Trustworthy and discreet — we earn the keys every single night
- Able to work independently and stay in touch with the team
- A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable speaking English
