Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the condition, presentation, and day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role involves conducting unit and building inspections, coordinating leasing activities, verifying completed maintenance and cleaning work, monitoring property grounds for upkeep, and ensuring properties meet company standards. The Property Manager may also assist with unit showings and tenant interactions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine inspections of apartment units, common areas, and building exteriors.
• Verify that maintenance, cleaning, and repair work has been completed properly and meets company standards.
• Identify and document maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting unit showings, and supporting the application process.
• Monitor property grounds and common areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Complete digital inspection reports and maintain accurate property records.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, maintenance personnel, and management.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in and meet company expectations.
Requirements
• Must be comfortable using an iPad or tablet and able to navigate apps and complete digital reports with ease.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Prior property management, inspection, maintenance, leasing, or cleaning experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
