Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
- Schedule Loaner Vehicles, Shuttle rides and Service Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery.
- Work Schedule: Mon / Tue / Thurs 9am - 6pm / Fri 8am - 5pm & Sat 8am – 3pm.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dealership experience a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to follow established company policies and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
