Floor Tech Responsibilities:
Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors to maintain a polished appearance
Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure hallways and common areas are spotless and hazard-free
Assist with general housekeeping tasks as needed
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Floor Tech Qualifications:
Experience in floor care or housekeeping preferred (but willing to train)
Ability to use floor machines and cleaning chemicals properly
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards
