Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills:
- Strong math skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Experience in guest services to provide a positive dining experience
- Proficiency in food service operations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Basic culinary knowledge for menu understanding
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
