Pearson Ford is looking to add an advisor. We have been growing rapidly and need to add another advisor to handle the volume.
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers when they arrive.
- Advise customers about repairs and cost.
- Answer questions about service outcome
- Consult with technicians and parts department about necessary repairs and possible alternatives
- Provide customers with necessary problem/solution information
- Handle multiple fleet company vehicles
- Proactively communicate with customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
Ability to work with Ford, PBS, Smartt a plus.

Pearson Ford is a metro Ford dealer located in Zionsville, Indiana, suburb of Indianapolis. It has been family owned and operated since 1960. The campus is over 20 acres and includes vehicle sales and service, commercial sales and service, $1.5 Million + in parts inventory, Quicklane, a 30k square foot collision center and two Enterprise locations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
