Line / Prep Cook for daily operations. Prepares Menu Items from scratch daily. Works restaurant line, produces kitchen prep, supports team.
Very High Paced Sports Centre Restaurant, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Concession / Catering Operation. Cooks follow recipes to ensure presentation and taste standards. Breakfast Cooks, and Staff work as a team, stock their stations, uphold food safety & sanitation standards and prep for the next shift.
Previous experience in a high volume restaurant preferred. Previous experience with above items preferred. Experienced skills and general culinary knowledge. Ability to multi-task and handle the stress a high volume kitchen can create. Ability to properly operate kitchen equipment ensuring highest safety standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude. Open 7 days. AM/PM availability options.
- You must be flexible with schedule; Especially weekends, Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings are required.
