Triumphs Espresso & Whiskey | Dallas Design District
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook / Back of House team member to join our kitchen.
Triumphs is a coffee shop by day and a whiskey & cocktail bar with live jazz by night. Our kitchen moves fast - especially on weekend evenings - and we’re looking for someone confident on the line who can step in and own their station.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior line cook / kitchen experience required
- Able to manage a station independently during service
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Organized, clean, and calm under pressure
- Available Wednesday-Saturday evenings and some mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain prep lists and station readiness
- Support efficient ticket flow during service
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with dishes and overall BOH cleanliness
This is not an entry-level role - we’re looking for someone ready to contribute immediately.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
