Our client, a dynamic organization in the staffing and recruitment industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $33.97/hr
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Screen applications, conduct pre-screening, and select qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all stakeholders
- Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with candidates
- Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of recruiting experience with knowledge of general principles of recruiting
- Experience with ATS systems and online recruitment tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and legislation at the federal and state levels
