Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders accurately using Chowbus POS systems.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
- Buss tables and assist with setting up and clearing dining areas as needed.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food service industry.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with Chowbus POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
