Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.50/hour (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour

Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam

Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
