National Brands NY is seeking motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to help expand our presence across New York's rapidly growing cannabis market. We are actively hiring multiple representatives throughout New York State and are open to candidates located in various territories.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about cannabis, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with licensed dispensaries and other cannabis industry partners throughout their assigned territory. This position focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, promoting product education, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary owners, managers, buyers, and staff.
- Promote National Brands NY products and educate customers on product offerings, benefits, and brand positioning.
- Increase sales volume and market share within assigned territory.
- Conduct regular in-person account visits and maintain consistent communication with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory.
- Execute product launches, promotional programs, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required; cannabis, beverage, CPG, pharmaceutical, or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of New York's cannabis market is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 annually
- Competitive commission structure with significant earning potential
- $12,000 annual vehicle allowance ($1,000/month)
