The role
Part-time, 1–2 days per week to start, with flexible scheduling built around your availability. Many of our injectors keep other clinical work or run their own schedules — we'd rather have excellent people part-time than compromise on skill.
What you'll do
- Perform neurotoxin, HA filler, Sculptra, and Radiesse injections with an eye toward natural facial harmony
- Consult with clients honestly — assess their goals, recommend what will actually serve them, and say no when a treatment isn't right
- Chart accurately and maintain clean, protocol-driven treatment practices
What we're looking for
- Current, unrestricted Arizona license: NP, NMD, or RN
- Certification and hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables — this is not an entry-level role
- A refined aesthetic eye and a real understanding of facial anatomy and proportion
- Meticulous adherence to safety protocols and clinical standards
- Comfort with EMR charting and general computer proficiency
- A warm, consultative presence — clients should leave feeling heard, not sold to
- High integrity and personal accountability
