Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and motivated Caregivers to join our team! In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to a client with developmental disabilities in their home. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while gaining valuable experience in the field!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support tailored to the client’s individual needs.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans to ensure safety.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Document progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain them before starting)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a supervisor that is reachable by phone.
