We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and property.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and support construction or renovation projects when required.
Experience
- Hands-on experience working with schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across various mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely; previous construction experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members.
