Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering good experiences through friendly service, beverage and food recommendations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
- Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including making our specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure seamless service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments,
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms for order processing and sales management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Pay: $17.00 - $27.56 per hour
