American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab position requiring EP lab experience and NC or compact RN licensure.

Work in the EP Lab of a hospital setting

Unit has 3 beds and 17 staff members
-
Patient ratio of 1:1
-
Uses X-ray, PACS, Cardio Lab, iStat, ESI, Carto, Arrhythmia, and Cryo equipment
-
Cerner EMR used
-
Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, 4 days a week with late stay

No floating required
-
On-call requirement of 2 days every 6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM

Active RN license (NC or compact) currently in hand

Current BLS and ACLS certification

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Prior experience in EP lab required

RCES, RCIS, or RT (R) certification preferred

Experience with ablations, devices, Watchman procedures, and loop recorders preferred

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Perform EP lab procedures including ablations, device implants, Watchman procedures, and loop recorder placements

Ideal candidates are flexible, efficient, and detail-oriented

Surgical green scrub color required

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
