Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and skilled in commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs. This position works on a variety of commercial projects including office buildings, restaurants, retail centers, schools, healthcare facilities, and industrial properties.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and gas lines
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Journeyman license preferred (if applicable by state)
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
