Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at The Farms at Bailey Station in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, staff, and visitors, aligning with our mission to provide compassionate senior care.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Hours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the campus to ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce campus safety protocols and access controls.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs.
- Assist residents and staff with safety-related concerns.
- Conduct surveillance activities using CCTV systems.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard property.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Strong surveillance skills with CCTV systems knowledge.
- Excellent conflict management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies.
- Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
