Qualifications & Experience
We welcome candidates with one or more of the following:
- CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential
- NAC Credential
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
- Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
