Join Our Growing Banquet & Events Team!
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Banquet Cook to help create exceptional dining experiences for weddings, showers, conferences, corporate events, golf outings, holiday parties, and more. As our event business continues to grow, we're looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing and serving outstanding food.
Hours vary based on event schedules and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for banquet and catered events
- Assist with event prep and production prior to service
- Set up and maintain banquet buffet and service lines
- Serve guests on the food line while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food is served safely, efficiently, and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area
- Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and stocking
Qualifications
- Previous banquet, catering, or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling
- ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
