The Lemonade Stand Childcare & Preschool is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Program Director to lead the daily operations of our growing center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, supporting enrollment growth, maintaining high-quality educational programs, and building positive relationships with families and the community.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily center operations and licensing compliance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Maintain staffing ratios and assist with classroom coverage as needed.
- Conduct tours and support enrollment growth initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and program quality.
- Coordinate staff development and professional training.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
