Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to maintain a clean and attractive building interior.
- Assist with carpentry projects, welding tasks, and installation or replacement of building fixtures as needed.
- Maintain plumbing systems by inspecting, repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and ensuring proper operation of all plumbing components.
- Support safety protocols by inspecting facilities for hazards, performing maintenance painting to prevent deterioration, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants and communicating clearly about repair timelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with welding and carpentry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while working as part of a team.
