We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Service Advisor to add to our customer management team. A minimum of 2 years of automotive experience is required. This is an ideal role for someone with automotive technician experience that would like to make a transition to service advising role.
Job Duties include but are not limited to
- Front-line customer service
- Building estimates
- Selling jobs
- Process invoices and payments on Mitchell Manager Software
- Parts ordering
Requirements
