This position is eligible for two monthly bonus programs!
Responsibilities include:
* achieving monthly sales goals and occupancy goals.
* retention goals through relationship building with current residents.
* create and implement monthly marketing plan which includes internal and external networking.
Specific Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or management is required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
- Be professional with team, residents, visitors, and the public in general
- Adhere to business attire
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good planning and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift light to moderate weight (up to 20 pounds)
