Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background manufacturing processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
Duties
- Quoting RFQ's from CAD Solid Model prints
- Breaking down prints to get a Bill of Materials
- Procure Bill of Materials from stock using CAD data provided
- Ordering and creating purchase orders with vendors
- Creating new contacts with existing and new potential customers
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
- Understand and create jobs using ERP JOB BOSS
- Tracking jobs through different job operations making sure jobs are on time and done correctly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Pay based on experience
- Experience in manufacturing sales
- Engineering Sales background
- Machining Fabrication background
- Excel Word Job Boss
- Understanding and using CAD
- Proficient in using CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive approach to business development and lead generation
- High School and or college Business or Engineering fields
