Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Tire Sales to join our tire sales department at Rent a Wheel. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the tire sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through marketing, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that enhance customer engagement, utilizing strong negotiation skills and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Oversee daily store operations including POS (Point of Sale) transactions, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote tire sales, leveraging bilingual communication skills where applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize organizational skills to streamline store processes, improve order fulfillment times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales within the automotive or tire industry is preferred.
- Strong background in inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar platforms.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus), with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to retail tire sales or automotive services is advantageous.
- Organizational skills necessary for stock management, order processing, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
