OlympusMD Wellness is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Manager to join our growing wellness practice. This is a part-time leadership position that combines hands-on patient care with nursing operations, staff leadership, and clinic management.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys building a positive team culture while delivering exceptional patient care. This is a working manager role, meaning you’ll provide direct patient care while helping oversee the daily operations of our nursing department.
Pay
Guaranteed $35/hour with opportunities for additional earnings through client tips/gratuities, commissions, referral incentives, and performance bonuses.
Schedule
- Part-time (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Primarily weekday schedule
- Every third weekend rotation
- Ability to assist with occasional last-minute coverage when needed

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team while fostering a positive, accountable work environment
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new nursing staff
- Coordinate nursing schedules and assist with finding coverage for call-outs
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing staff development
- Help maintain nursing competencies and clinic standards
- Work closely with clinic leadership to improve workflows and daily operations
Operations Responsibilities
- Manage medical inventory and supply ordering
- Monitor medication and supply levels to ensure clinic readiness
- Maintain organization and compliance with clinic protocols
- Assist with updating procedures and improving operational efficiency
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and obtain vital signs
- Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections, hormone therapy, weight loss treatments, and other wellness services
- Monitor patients during treatments and provide education and aftercare
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with front desk operations when needed
- Participate in community events, pop-ups, and occasional home visits
- Pick up clinical shifts as needed to support clinic operations
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Georgia preferred)
- Strong IV access and infusion therapy skills
- Current BLS Certification
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or nurse manager experience
- Experience with hiring, scheduling, and staff development
- Inventory management and ordering experience
- Experience in wellness, functional medicine, hormone therapy, infusion therapy, aesthetics, or weight management
- ACLS Certification
- Sales or customer service experience
