We’re seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial data, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and supporting operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. The Assistant Controller will also assist with cost accounting, inventory management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
We would like someone with experience in the Manufacturing industry with extensive knowledge of cost accounting, state/federal/local financial regulations, budgeting, forecasting, and the intricacies of manufacturing accounting (production costs, labor efficiencies, material usage, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
The salary for this role ranges up to $110,000. HOWEVER, it comes with great benefits. There are solid incentives and low cost benefits that we offer for our employees that come with this position.
This role is in office 5 days week.
