Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha, TOAST or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food ingredients, preparation methods, to include cocktails, wine or beverage pairings
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting purposes
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a dynamic hospitality environment
