Senior Litigation Paralegal
Civil Counsel Group and RSK Legal is seeking an exceptional Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide direct support to our litigation partners and assist in the management of sophisticated, high-stakes civil and business litigation matters. Our Culture
RSK hires professionals who take responsibility, work with autonomy, and deliver at the level our clients expect. We value precision, ownership, and execution: speed matters, but accuracy and judgment matter more, and every file should be capable of explanation. We work collaboratively and communicate proactively with colleagues, clients, and outside counsel, and professional, respectful communication is a baseline expectation.
Responsibilities
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a broad range of advanced litigation support functions, including:
- Drafting, proofreading, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and other litigation documents.

- Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, court personnel, and witnesses.
- Assisting attorneys with factual investigations, case development, and litigation strategy implementation.
- Tracking litigation budgets, vendor invoices, expert costs, and case-related expenses as needed.
- Maintaining exceptionally organized electronic and physical case files.
- Supporting trial preparation and attending trial proceedings when required.
- Serving as a key resource to attorneys and litigation team members by ensuring matters are staffed, organized, and progressing efficiently.
