Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with guests, providing excellent service, and handling day-to-day front desk operations.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (experience with hotel systems is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
Schedule:
- 2–3 days per week
- Shifts may include mornings (7am–3pm) or evenings (3pm–11pm)
