You’re stepping into a company that already has momentum.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meet with homeowners and guide them through the claims process
- Inspect properties and identify exterior damage
- Present solutions and close projects
- Communicate with customers and production teams
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable climbing ladders and being in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
No roofing experience? No problem. We provide extensive training — we’re more focused on attitude and work ethic. If you have sold cars, cellular, alarm systems etc., we want to talk to you.
