We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to conduct nightly inspections and patrols of our mobile home community. A company-provided golf cart will be used to patrol the property. Responsibilities include identifying and logging lease violations, tagging non-compliant vehicles, and issuing tow tickets as necessary. You will also inspect a rental yard to ensure it remains secure and free of trespassers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly property inspections
- Drive a provided golf cart throughout the community
- Identify and document lease violations in a daily report
- Tag vehicles and issue tow notices when necessary
- Monitor the rental yard for unauthorized access
- Interact respectfully with residents as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking residents
- Night shift availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation or relocation plans to Austin, TX 78724
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security, property management, or similar roles
- Spanish language skills (preferred, not required)
