We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Charleston team. Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Performing phlebotomy and blood draws
- Administering injections, including testosterone, B12, and other vitamin therapies
- Recording patient vitals and updating electronic medical records (EMR)
- Reviewing and documenting laboratory results in patient charts
- Assisting medical providers with patient care and treatment procedures
- Greeting and supporting patients throughout their visit
- Managing daily laboratory operations
- Maintaining accurate medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience with phlebotomy and injections preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality care
